The 4-disc loader automates the work cycle across four different holders — different materials and thicknesses, premilled and disilicates. It uses the same milling axes for maximum precision, with up to 48 hours of unattended autonomy.

To ensure the best chip extraction, the extraction nozzle is fixed to the spindle, so it works in the area closest to the tool. The air-blast nozzles for cooling and liquid spraying are also fixed to the spindle, always guaranteeing correct lubrication.
