The DF200 is the entry-level lab solution for producing temporary and definitive prosthetic restorations. With the optional four-position disc loader it reaches an autonomy of up to 48 hours non-stop. It comes standard with the pneumatic disc release system, to pause a job, change the holder and resume later.

The system removes the disc holder being machined and repositions it in exactly the same spot. Combined with the Stop&Go system, it lets you pause a job, load another even on different materials, and resume it later.
To ensure the best chip extraction, the extraction nozzle is fixed to the spindle, so it works in the area closest to the tool. The air-blast nozzles for cooling and liquid spraying are also fixed to the spindle, always guaranteeing correct lubrication.
The lubrication kit for wet milling is available as an option.
