Data is processed for the following purposes:
Providing the data marked as mandatory in the forms is necessary to act on the request; failure to provide it makes it impossible to fulfil the request. Providing the remaining data is optional.
Processing is carried out using IT and electronic tools and, occasionally, paper-based tools, with logic strictly related to the stated purposes and by adopting technical and organizational measures suitable to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of the data, so as to reduce the risks of destruction, loss, unauthorized access or unlawful processing.
Data may be processed by authorized personnel of the Controller and disclosed to third parties that carry out ancillary activities (e.g. IT and hosting service providers, operators of email and web analytics platforms, consultants and professionals), appointed, where necessary, as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not disseminated or disclosed to third parties for purposes other than those indicated.
Data is processed mainly within the European Union. Should the data be transferred to third countries in order to use certain services (e.g. statistical analysis tools), this will take place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, relying on adequate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Data is kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and, subsequently, for the period required by legal obligations. In particular, data relating to contact requests is kept for the time necessary to handle the request and the relationships arising from it; CVs are kept for a maximum period of 24 months, unless otherwise indicated by the data subject.
In relation to the processing described, the data subject may exercise at any time the rights provided for by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR and, in particular: the right of access, rectification, erasure («right to be forgotten»), restriction of processing, objection, data portability, as well as the right to withdraw the consent given without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
