Design Engineer – Engineering Department

Dental Four is looking for a Design Engineer to join its Engineering Department, to strengthen the team dedicated to developing high-technology dental milling machines. The candidate will work closely with the R&D, production and technical support departments, contributing to the design, development and continuous improvement of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Mechanical design of components
  • Development and optimization of innovative technical solutions
  • Technical support to production and collaboration with assembly
  • Drafting and updating of technical documentation
  • Collaboration with R&D on new solutions and patents

Requirements

  • Technical diploma or degree in a technical/mechanical field
  • Experience in mechanical design (preferably CNC machines or automation)
  • Knowledge of 3D CAD software
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Precision, autonomy and attention to detail

CAD-CAM Technician – Customer Support

We are looking for a CAD-CAM Technician to support customers on milling, workflow and post-processing, with a hybrid working arrangement between the office and remote and flexible hours.

What you will do

  • Technical support to customers on milling, workflow and post-processing
  • Installation and configuration of MillBox and hyperDENT software
  • Remote diagnostics, ticketing and user training (on-site/online)
  • Collaboration with R&D to improve processes and documentation

Requirements

  • Experience in the dental CAD-CAM field
  • Working knowledge of MillBox and hyperDENT
  • Aptitude for problem solving and customer contact
  • Availability for short business trips
  • Plus: technical English, CNC/5-axis basics, materials (titanium, Cr-Co, zirconia)
