Rapid disc release

Flexibility, precision, productivity

The system allows the disc holder to be removed during machining and repositioned later in exactly the same position.

Combined with the Stop&Go system, it allows the running job to be interrupted, a different job — even on other materials — to be loaded, and the first one resumed afterwards.

Particularly in metal milling, it allows the disc to be removed from the milling chamber, the correct fit of the job to be checked at the bench and, if necessary, further reworking or grinding operations to be performed.

Rapid disc release also allows the use of different material-specific holders: the «closed disc» holder for heavy-duty metal machining and the C-Clamp holder for «90°» machining with extremely detailed aesthetics.
