The 4-position automatic disc changer provides up to 48 hours of continuous, unattended milling, ensuring maximum productivity and workflow efficiency.

Stainless steel monocoque frame for maximum rigidity

All Dental Four machines feature an integrated stainless steel working chamber built into the monocoque frame—ensuring maximum strength, structural rigidity, easy cleaning, and complete protection against dust and liquids.

Optimal chip extraction and tool lubrication

For maximum efficiency, the suction nozzle is integrated with the spindle, ensuring chip extraction occurs as close to the tool as possible.

Air and liquid nozzles are also spindle-integrated, providing consistent cooling and lubrication throughout the machining process.

A/B axis movements

The wide inclinations of the axes allow prostheses with significant disparallelisms to be performed on implant processing in both cobalt chrome and titanium and, in combination with the C-Clamp pod supports, allow vestibular processing.

To ensure maximum accuracy, every milling machine requires regular calibration. Dental Four offers an optional fully automatic calibration system that guarantees precision and eliminates manual errors.

An electronic probe, mounted directly on the spindle, accurately detects the pod’s position at multiple angles and automatically adjusts the axis calibration — ensuring consistent precision without manual intervention.

Seamlessly integrated into the DF Panel, the system is simple, intuitive, and user-friendly — even for non-experts.

Self-Calibration

This system enables the removal and repositioning of the pod support with absolute accuracy — even after a paused process.

When combined with the Stop&Go feature, ongoing work can be temporarily interrupted to load a different task or material, with the ability to resume the original process at a later time without losing precision.

In metal milling, the pod and wafer can be extracted mid-process for inspection on the bench. If needed, additional refinements or corrections can be carried out before continuing.

The quick pod release also supports specific pod types tailored to different materials and workflows, such as:

Closed Pod for heavy-duty metal machining
C-Clamp for 90° milling and high-precision aesthetic work

This approach ensures greater workflow flexibility while maintaining consistent, high-quality results.
