Founded by professionals with decades of experience in the world of dental cad-cam, Dental Four was founded in Bobbio, within the renowned mechatronics district, where the culture for numerical control and precision machines has been rooted for decades.

Every Dental Four milling machine is fully manufactured in our own facility. Assembly, testing, and inspection are carried out with meticulous care by our team of specialized technicians.

Assembly
Our machines are assembled using only high-quality components. Each part is carefully fitted by expert technicians, ensuring precision and reliability in every detail.

Functionality Testing
Once assembled, each machine undergoes rigorous functionality tests—verifying the spindle, axis movement, tank integrity, and more. This is followed by a comprehensive running-in process, which simulates extended hours of real operation.

Final Testing & Quality Control
After the running-in phase, every machine is subjected to a strict final testing protocol. This includes additional milling operations and detailed performance checks to ensure each unit meets our highest standards.
